    Fixed monthly fee per user (tiered by team size)

    • Unlimited remote and telephone support (fair use policy applies)

    • Named-user access: each user can contact support directly

    • 1 on-site visit per quarter (if required). Additional on-site visits available at £80 for the first hour, £40/hour thereafter

    • 48-hour response SLA
