Step 1 – Choose Your Support Style

Pay-As-You-Go Support

Best for occasional or reactive support

Ideal if you only need help a few times a year and prefer flexibility.

  • £70 per hour (VAT exclusive)

  • Remote or on-site support

  • 48-hour standard response

  • No contract, no commitment

Monthly Support Plan

Best for businesses who want predictable costs and ongoing support

All monthly plans include unlimited remote support during business hours.

  • Solo - Designed for single user businesses
  • Starter - Ideal for small teams
  • Grow - For scaling teams who need faster response and proactive oversight

Quarterly Support Blocks

Ideal for: Growing businesses needing regular support without full-time IT management

  • Set hours per quarter (e.g., 10–20 hours) for support services only (Webroot services, whether managed or unmanaged, are not included)

  • Priority response within 24 hours

  • Discounted rates on additional hours: £60/hour (compared to standard PAYG rates)

  • Optional add-ons (backup monitoring, Microsoft 365 admin, etc.)

  • Up to 5 unused hours may roll over to the next quarter

  • Clients will be notified when 80% of their hours are used, with the option to top up at the same discounted rate

Benefits: Peace of mind without monthly tie-in. Encourages continuity while remaining flexible for businesses with fluctuating needs.


Pricing: 

10 hours/quarter at £500 (equivalent to £50/hour)

15 hours/ quarter at £675 (equivalent to £45/hour)

20 hours/ quarter at £840 (equivalent to £42/hour)

Project Work & Installations

We support:

  • Secure device wiping and disposal

Projects are quoted individually after consultation.
We can work on-site or prepare devices in advance — whatever suits your schedule.

Cloud Backup (Including Microsoft 365 Backup)

Important: Microsoft 365 provides retention policies, not full backup protection. We can implement secure third-party backup for email, SharePoint and OneDrive data where required.

Step 3 – Cloud Services & Licencing

Microsoft 365 Licences

Licencing costs vary depending on subscription type and billing cycle.

We can also manage Google Workspace licences for businesses using Gmail and Google collaboration tools.
