My passion for problem-solving and helping people started long before SiSTEMZ. I studied French, Spanish, Systems Analysis and Database design, combining my love of languages with an analytical, solutions-focused mindset. After completing a Microsoft Certified Technician course at Brighton College — at a time when women were often underrepresented in technical roles — I quickly realised that IT services needed to be simpler, more accessible and personal. That vision became the heart of my business and that's when I founded The IT Girl.

Not everyone grew up with smartphones, laptops, or streaming devices. For many, technology can feel overwhelming, and not all businesses have the time or budget to have a dedicated IT team — and that’s where we step in. From being The IT Girl, servicing my community around Hurstpierpoint and Mid Sussex, my business has now grown to a team of four providing reliable IT support to small businesses. Whether you are setting up your first smart device, trying to recover precious photos, setting new desktops for an office or simply need someone to explain things without the jargon, at SiSTEMZ we give our clients all the tools they need to feel confident and looked after.
